How OXTEND handles personal data on oxtend.com.

Who we are

This website, oxtend.com, is run by OXTEND (formerly MARSECO DOO Tetovo), Tetovo, North Macedonia. OXTEND is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about privacy at info@oxtend.com.

The short version

  • We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.
  • We do not set cookies for visitors. Cookies are only used when a member of our team logs in to manage the site.
  • Fonts and images are served from our own servers, so your browser does not contact Google or other third parties when you visit.
  • If you email us, we use your message only to reply and to work with you.

What we collect and why

When you visit the site. Like every web server, ours records technical data in its logs: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and your browser type. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted.

When you contact us. If you write to info@oxtend.com, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. We use this to answer you, to discuss projects and partnerships, and to prepare joint proposals if you ask us to. The legal basis is your request and, where we work together, the steps needed to enter into or perform an agreement. We keep this correspondence as long as needed for that purpose and for our legal obligations.

Cookies

Visitors to this website receive no cookies from us. WordPress, the system the site runs on, sets strictly necessary cookies only when an authorised member of our team logs in to edit the site. Because we do not use non-essential cookies, we do not show a cookie consent banner.

Links to other websites and our products

Our pages link to other websites, such as CORDIS, project websites and our own products ProjectGate (projectgate.oxtend.com) and HEDeX (hedex.oxtend.com). Those sites have their own terms and privacy notices, which apply when you use them.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and email, such as our hosting provider, under contracts that require them to protect it, or when the law requires us to.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your personal data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, and for a copy in a portable format. Write to info@oxtend.com. We will reply within one month.

If you think we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia (azlp.mk). If you live in the European Union, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country.

Legal framework

We process personal data in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia (Official Gazette No. 42/2020) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Changes

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date below shows the latest version.
