ProjectGate helps universities, SMEs and NGOs find the right EU calls, build a consortium, draft the proposal with AI and check it against the evaluation criteria before they submit.


How it works

Five steps, from the call to the evaluation

  1. 1

    Find the right calls

    Open EU calls are synced from the Funding & Tenders Portal and scored for fit with your organisation. Save calls to a watchlist and get deadline reminders.

  2. 2

    Know the requirements

    ProjectGate reads the call documents and turns them into a checklist of what your proposal must contain.

  3. 3

    Draft with AI

    The draft follows the call’s template section by section, using the call documents and your organisation’s profile. It suggests titles and acronyms and exports to Word.

  4. 4

    Build the consortium

    Invite partner organisations into a shared proposal workspace and work on the same draft.

  5. 5

    Evaluate before you submit

    A panel of AI evaluators scores the proposal against the call’s criteria and agrees on a consensus score. It also works for proposals written elsewhere.

From accreditation to the published timetable

HEDeX helps universities plan teaching from start to finish: accrediting study programmes, deciding what runs each term, assigning lecturers, building the timetable and publishing it.

Accreditation

  • Build a programme’s curriculum and track course versions
  • Generate the accreditation packet from templates: course sheets, teachers’ CVs and the programme study
  • Submit, then activate the programme once it is approved
  • Record and compare changes to running programmes

Planning a term

  • Open a term, choose the cohorts that run and their student numbers
  • Turn courses into classes and assign lecturers by drag and drop, seeing each one’s free hours, load and languages
  • Build the timetable by hand or with the auto-scheduler, with room assignment and a student-week preview
  • Run every check before publishing, and see what still blocks it

For lecturers

  • A personal view of their classes for each term
  • Weekly hours compared with the workload norm
  • Export to Excel or to their calendar
  • Tell the dean’s office when they cannot teach and which courses they would like
